Mr. Chow is a character played by Ken Jeong in “The Hangover” film series, known for his outrageous antics and comedic moments. He first appeared in “The Hangover” (2009), reprised his role in “The Hangover Part II” (2011), and returned once again in “The Hangover Part III” (2013).
